After 3–5 minutes when order succesfully. If not in Inbox, please check Spam/Promotions, then contact support.

How to get my phone number?

After you activate your MobiFone eSIM, dial *0# on your phone and your Vietnamese number will appear on screen.
⚠️ Note: The SIM only works once you arrive in Vietnam.

When does my eSIM plan start?

Your plan starts on the date you choose (you can schedule up to 3 months ahead). If anything doesn’t work as expected, just message us.

What happens after I use up my daily data?

Mobile data stops after you reach the high-speed cap; it resets at 23:59 (GMT+7) daily.

Can I share data (hotspot/tethering)?

Yes, hotspot is supported.

Can I renew or extend this eSIM?

No, but if you need another eSIM validity option, just contact us for a special offer.

Which phones are compatible?

Any unlocked, eSIM-capable device (Add eSIM / Add Mobile Data). Examples:
iPhone XR or newer (some China/HK/Macau variants excluded), Samsung S20+ (some FE/US/CA exceptions), Google Pixel 3+ (some AU/TW/JP variants excluded).

Can I make phone calls and send SMS?

Yes. eSIM include a local phone number. Outgoing calls/SMS depend on the plan: (Balance for new eSIM is 0, You can top up to calls/SMS).

What if I delete my eSIM from the phone?

The QR can be installed once only. Do not remove it. If you need help, contact support.

What if I lose my eSIM QR?

If you haven’t installed it yet, support can resend the QR.

Can I use my physical SIM and MobiFone eSIM at the same time?

You can use two SIMs at the same time – either 1 physical SIM + 1 eSIM, or 2 eSIMs simultaneously (on devices that support dual eSIM). Just set which line you want for calls/SMS and which for mobile data.
