GoVnSIM Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions describe the rules and conditions under which GoVnSIM services are offered to customers.
By purchasing a GoVnSIM eSIM product, you agree that these Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you
(the customer) and GoVnSIM (referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Company”).

Please read these terms carefully before clicking the “Checkout” button.

1. Nature of Service

GoVnSIM provides digital Vietnam eSIM profiles designed for international travelers who want reliable mobile connectivity during their trip in Vietnam.

Our standard service delivers the eSIM instantly via QR code after successful payment. No physical store visit or SIM card replacement is required.

Prefer a physical SIM instead? You may request a custom order and we can prepare a SIM card for delivery to your hotel in Vietnam.

2. Payment

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, and American Express (Amex).

GoVnSIM is not responsible for any additional charges that may be applied by your card issuer or bank.

If you wish to dispute a transaction, you must notify us in writing within 7 days from the transaction date and clearly describe the disputed issue.

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive an eSIM that is different from the one you ordered, GoVnSIM will assist with a free exchange as soon as possible after delivery.

If you have already received a working eSIM but wish to change to another plan, please contact our support team via:

Plan exchanges may be reviewed depending on the activation status of the eSIM and the carrier’s processing conditions.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

At GoVnSIM, we always aim to provide a smooth and reliable connectivity experience for every traveler.

  • Refunds due to technical errors: Refunds are only available in cases where the eSIM cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue caused by the network supplier or our system, and the issue cannot be resolved by replacement or support.
  • After QR code delivery: Once the eSIM QR code has been generated and delivered, the order is generally non-refundable. This is because the eSIM profile is immediately allocated with the mobile network operator, and the related cost cannot be recovered or cancelled.
  • Unused eSIM: Refunds are not available for eSIMs that have already been issued but remain unused, because the QR code has already been generated and the eSIM profile cannot be reused or recalled.
  • Device compatibility: Customers are responsible for checking that their device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing. Refunds cannot be issued if the device is incompatible, carrier-locked, or otherwise unsupported.
  • Support first: If you face any issue with your eSIM, please contact our support team immediately. We will always try our best to provide a fast and fair solution before determining whether a replacement or refund is applicable.
  • Refund processing: In the rare case that a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

5. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and GoVnSIM.

Any failure by GoVnSIM to enforce a provision of this agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that provision.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
