No — Viettel eSIM for Traveller Only Data does not include a local phone number.
How can I check my Viettel eSIM data balance?
Text KTTK to 191. You’ll receive an SMS with the remaining data (message is in Vietnamese).
When is my daily data reset?
At 23:59 each day (Vietnam time, GMT+7).
Will my eSIM speed be reduced when high-speed data is used up?
No. If run out of 5GB Dailys data stops until the next reset time.
When will I receive my eSIM?
Within about 10 minutes after we verify your order.
Please provide us your photo of your passport’s main page showing your Full Name and Passport Number (you may cover other details) for eKYC.
When does my eSIM data plan start?
Your plan starts when you install the eSIM. The QR code is valid for up to 10 days after purchase.
Can I renew or extend the data on my eSIM?
No. When the eSIM expires, please purchase a new eSIM.
Can I share data from this Viettel eSIM with other devices?
Yes. Personal hotspot / tethering is supported.
Which devices work with the eSIM card?
Any unlocked, eSIM-capable phone (iPhone XR+, Samsung S20+, Google Pixel 3+; some regional exceptions).
What if I delete my eSIM from my phone?
The QR code can be installed once only. Do not remove it. Contact support if you need help.
What if I lose my eSIM QR code?
