When will I receive my eSIM?

Within 1–3 minutes after payment. Check Spam or Promotions if you don’t see the email.

When does my plan start?

When you activate the eSIM. Install in advance, then activate before your flight or after landing in Vietnam.

Can I install the eSIM before traveling?

Yes. Install over Wi-Fi anytime. The eSIM only connects to a network when you are in Vietnam.

What happens when I use up my daily data?

Data stops until 23:59 Vietnam time (GMT+7), then resets automatically.

Does hotspot work?

Yes on most plans. Unlimited-data plans do not support hotspot. Check plan details before checkout.

Can I make calls and send SMS?

Depends on the plan. Some include MobiFone-to-MobiFone minutes, cross-network minutes, SMS or international calls. Others support incoming only. See the comparison table above.

Can I receive OTP codes?

Your Vietnamese number can receive SMS from many apps. But OTP delivery depends on each app — GoVnSIM cannot guarantee it for every service.

Can I extend or renew?

No. Purchase a new eSIM or contact support before your current plan expires.

What if I delete the eSIM?

Each QR code installs once only. Do not delete it. Contact support first if you need to remove the profile.
