These Terms & Conditions set forth the conditions under which GoVietnamSim is offered to customers. By purchasing a GoVietnamSim, you agree that these Terms & Conditions form a contract between you – our customer – and GoVietnamSim (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Company”).

Before clicking on the “Check Out” button, please carefully read the terms and conditions below.

1. Nature of Service

GoVietnamSim provides Vietnam travel eSIM profiles (the “eSIM”) to travelers visiting Vietnam who wish to stay connected during their trip.

The eSIM is delivered in the form of a QR Code (not a physical SIM card) and is only compatible with devices listed on our supported devices list.

2. Payment

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, and American Express (Amex). GoVietnamSim is not responsible for any additional bank charges incurred by your card issuer.

If you wish to dispute an invoice, please submit a written request to us no later than 7 days before the due date of payment, listing all disputed items with detailed descriptions. Undisputed or court-confirmed amounts must still be paid on time.

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive an eSIM that differs from what you ordered, GoVietnamSim will assist with a free exchange within 1 day of delivery.

If you’ve already received a working eSIM but want to change to a different plan, you may contact us via Hotline/WhatsApp +8498 3074 915 or email info@govnsim.com. If approved, we will exchange your eSIM for another plan.

4. Cancellation and Refund

  • You may cancel your order without penalty before payment or before your eSIM QR code is delivered.

  • Once the eSIM QR code has been delivered, cancellation is not permitted, and refunds are only granted if the issue is caused by our system and cannot be resolved by our Support Team.

  • Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you do not see the eSIM in your inbox. Failure to locate or contact us about the missing email will not qualify for a refund.

  • The eSIM must be activated within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available if the activation window expires.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during checkout. Processing time: up to 10 business days.

GoVietnamSim is committed to supporting customers as quickly and efficiently as possible in all valid cases.

5. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and GoVietnamSim.
Any failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver. Amendments or waivers must be in writing and signed by both parties.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam.
